What Causes White Discharge,tingling Sensation And Frequent Urination In Men?
I m a 34 year old male. I m married and last December I had an affair and got chlamydia from the other woman. I had mild discharge, tingling in my uretha and frequent urination.I was treated with seven days of lavaquin and 1g of Zithromax. My wife was treated also. All my symptoms went away.In June I went in for my physical and had another STD screening. I was negative for chlamydia and gonn from a urine test.Now about last week or so I started noticing some tingling in my uretha. I thought this was all in my head so I ignored it. Then I started to notice a weak stream of urine and feeling like I have to urinate more often. The urine stream isn t always weak just sometimes. Then three days ago I woke up with creamy off white/yellowish discharge in the tip of my penis. This has occurred the past three mornings and only in the morning. It also feels like urine is leaking out of my penis throughout the day when I think about it.What is going on? Could the STD have come back?

The presence of a discharge does indicate an infection is present. It may be due to a yeast infection or STD.
The feeling of leakage may be due to the discharge.
It would be best to see your doctor for an assessment which would include a swab of the discharge to identify what it is exactly.
Once identified, it can be treated.
