What Causes White Discharge, Sensitive Nipples And Tingling Sensation Before Periods?

hi last week i had thick white discharge and the last 3 days i have had sensative nipples and been consapated for the past week but today had this strange tingley feeling near my belly button but due my period in 4 days and dont understand what happening can you help please

Hello,

White discharge, sensitive nipples before periods may be due to leukorrhea in the luteal phase. At this time progesterone peaks your body. It may also be due to infections like BV, Vaginitis, PID, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist to detect any infection that is causing you discomfort. Get treated. Since you have sensitive nipples and your periods are due, wait for a couple of days and do a pregnancy test to detect pregnancy.

Pregnant women secrete sticky, white, or pale-yellow mucus in the first trimester and throughout their pregnancy. Increased hormones and vaginal blood flow cause the discharge. Take care of your hygiene, avoid sex with multiple partners if sexually active. Get STD tests done to stay on the safer side. Take food rich in iron, calcium and protein.
