What Causes White Discharge From The Penis And Frequent Urge To Urinate?

I am a 53 year old male, 5 11 and weight 195 lbs. I consider myself to be in relatively good health. Lost a kidney so only have one left. About 9 weeks ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a lady for the first time. Until a day ago, I had no symptoms that would cause me to be concerned except that I found my pubic area to feel itchy sometimes. A few days ago I had an HIV test that came back negative. Last night I masturbated and when I woke up this morning I noticed some white blots in my underwear, first time I have noticed this. Since then I have been paying close attention and noticed upon my arrival from work that I had a whitish creamy discharge coming from my penis. Since then I almost constantly have the feeling that I need to pee. I do not experience any burning sensation when urinating, have no achy muscles, and have no pain or swelling what-so-ever in the pubic area. I did develop a cyst on my eyeball about 6-7 weeks ago, not sure of relevance though. Having done some research I am concerned that I may have contracted STD and plan on having test done asap. Is it normal for symptoms to appear after 9 weeks of infection? Should I be concerned? Thank you

In gonorrhea there is typical white discharge from the penis and frequent urge to urinate. The diagnosis of gonorrhea can be done by simple gram staining followed by culture and sensitivity of the urine. This is one of the simplest and easily available methods to detect above.
