What Causes White Discharge From Penis And Painful Urination?

Good day, what is this white odorless liquid coming out from my penis? its like i cant feel when its coming out, but when i go pee its kinda hurt a little bit, the discharged looks yellowish when dry on my underwear but when wash it with water it turns white. what should i do? Godbless

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain whitish yellow discharge from the penis along with pain during urination can be due to cause like inflammation of urethra or Urethritis..
It is a bacterial infection of the urethra and is generally sexually transmitted..
I would suggest you to consult a Urologist and get evaluated and he can advise you investigations like urine culture, urethral swab culture, blood tests to rule out sexually transmitted infections, Ultrasonography etc..
In case if urethritis is confirmed as the cause you can be advised a course of antibiotics for atleast ten to 15 days for the infection to resolve..
You should also drink plenty of water..
Abstain from sexual intercourse in all forms..
You should also get your partner [if you are sexually active] evaluated and in case if she is infected an antibiotic regimen will help..
