Hi,
From history it seems that she might behaving chronic otitis media i.e. infection in middle ear.
There might be having hole or rupture of ear drum allowing pus discharge from ear.
Consult ENT surgeon and get examined.
She might require culture of pus to know exact causative organisms and antibiotic medicine effective against this infection.
Meanwhile put antibiotic ear drops after proper cleaning the ear.
Ok and take care.
