What Causes White Creamy Discharge When Peeing?
I just started peeing today and a little bit of white creamy type stuff came out. Not really a burn but a little tingling. Never happened before. I'm sexually active but it's with my fiancé. And it's protected. What could it be? It's never happened before.

this could be a symptom of developing urinary tract infection
it is commonly known that uti affects females
and more so when they are sexually active
i would suggest you get a urine routine and culture done
