What Causes White Clumps In Stool?

I'm 25 years old, I'm generally healthy. The past week every so often when I poop there is white clumps. I have no other symptoms and feel fine. I did just start taking Lysine for my cold sore problem and they are capsals with white powder in it...is there anyway they are connected or should i freak out and head to the doctor
