Brief Answer:
MUCOCELE..
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....
As per your complain the white bubble inside the lower lip is a
Mucous cyst known as MUCOCELE which is not a harmful condition and is benign in nature which is formed due to either rupture to the ducts of minor salivary glands or clogging of the salivary gland itself or its ducts leading to either spillage of mucous[saliva] into the soft tissues in case of ruptured duct or swollen gland itself in case of clogged duct or gland leading to formation of a white lump on the inside of the lip..
Many times small mucocele rupture themselves by spilling its contents in the oral cavity and heals gradually..
Concentrated salt water gargles can be done two to three times a day which can shrink the mucocele and resolve..
While small persistent mucoceles can be removed by non surgical
laser ablation..
In case of large mucoceles Surgical removal is the best choice of treatment..
Hope this information helps..
