What Causes White Bowel Movement And Mood Swings In A Toddler?

our 2 yr old granddaughter has been having white stool. should we be worried? as an infant she never kept down more than half her formula, since then she eats very little has low energy has mood swings and complains of stomach pain circles under her eyes gets high fevers every other month accompanied by vomiting. she s normal as far as her social skills, talking, walking, learning etc

The scenario you explained can be because of infection or problems associated with liver,pancreas, gall bladder or small intestine.White stool is generally caused due to absence of bile pigments from stool.I recommend you to take the child as early as possible to the paediatrician,so that assessment through blood investigation,USG can be done as required and accordingly further step can be taken.
