General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear user!
Thank you for your question.

The most probable issue for that painful white blister in you scrotum skin is "forunculosis", hair root infections. If you have removed your hair latety the hair root may have been infected or the hair is unable to get out of the skin. So it's stuck inside and have caused that reaction.

You can use topical antibiotic creams like gentamicine and if you can pull the stuck hair out. Don't try to mash it because it can be worsened. It will be opened by itself.

take care and best wishes!
Best regards!
Dr Eriol.
