Hi .
Thanks for the query..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your complain white painful bumps underside the tongue can be canker sores or apthous ulcers and can occur due to a number of causes like
nutritional deficiency of Iron,
vitamin B12 and flic acid, physical trauma, stress,
acid reflux, hormonal changes etc..
At times there can be no underlying cause..
The other thing is that bumps in mouth is not any diagnosis of
pregnancy and in case as if it has already be negative in the pregnancy test, for e-confirmation you can get tested again..
For painful bumps under tongue you can take a
multivitamin tablet daily.
Take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.
Apply a numbing gel over the bumps.
Do soda bicarb gargles.
Avoid hot , spicy and sour foods.
Suck on ice pops.
But you should take a note that if you suspect pregnancy you should take any medication only after consulting a gynaecologist if pregnancy is confirmed..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
