Hello

White and greenish vaginal discharge may be due to fungal infection(candida)etc.
You may need clinical examination and further tests.
You may need routine hemogram, random blood sugar, urine RE/ME,culture and sensitivity of discharge etc.
You may need specific drugs for fungus(candida is most common) like clotrimazole.
Clotrimazole tablet(100 mg) of vaginal use can be taken. One tablet is to be inserted deep inside the vagina at night for six consecutive nights.
You may also need perineal wash.

Get well soon.
Take Care
