What Causes Wheezing And Enlarged Neck Glands?

This first started after I got a bottom molar pulled had a large golf ball size swelling immediate after it was pulled on the left side. Then I had antibotics and was hopitalized for 3 days with coughing, wheezing on exertion and exhaling. They still not sure if was sacroid, they did pertussis test and flu negative there. Then I was put on nebulizer and on symicort, and still the same no improvement. For the past 5 days now I have had all my neck gland swelled especially the left side.Seen the pulmonary dr and they did a ct on soft tissues with contrast. Said it was sinsus. Dr thought drainage in throat. Now for the past 2 days it feels like something stuck when I eat bread it feel like it just stays there today it took most of the day to move down. I drank some hot tomatoe soup nothing in it. It feel like stuck or shuts off closes up when I lye down I have 3 pillows under head. Still sore. i had a ent before this look at it with his scope thing he couldnt find anything wrong. I got another appt in the morning to see reg dr and the throat dr. I dont know what to do after this. I do have diabetes. Not sure why this is happen within the last week. My of coughed to hard I had a bad spell on the friday that this all started.
