What Causes Wheezing And Breathing Difficulty In An Infant?

Hi I have six month old baby girl and she has cold n there is a peculiar sound while breast feeding her n sometimss heavy breathing though she does not have runny nose but chest congestion is there. is wikoryl prescribed by paedeatrician safe for her? Also what medicine to be added to the nebulizer which I hv recently bought?

u can use Duolin respules for nebulisation diluted in Normal saline.
if ahe have fever ,will have to give some antibiotics as per her weight.
and have to do.
Xray chest to rule out Pneumonitis
