What Causes Wetting Of Bed At The Age Of 54?

Hello, I'm a 54 year old man . I find that from time to time I wake up and find that I'm wet. Why am I experiencing this. One last thing I don't know if it relates. I receive treatment for PTSD. This situation is humiliating. Hope you can help in some way. Thank you, Bruce.

thank you for your query
there are many reasons for urinary incontinence
the most common cause of urinary incontinence in at your age group is Benign prostatic hyperplasia.or (BPH)
other reasons include urinary tract infections
impairment of brain to give inhibitory signals as in Alzeimers disease and parkinsonism, PTSD ,spinal cord injury etc.
i recommend doing an utrasound of prostate and review with the results
hope this explains.
