What Causes Weird Violent Pulsing In The Upper Chest?

Hi, I've never experienced this before since rencently. Its happened twice now and I'm nervous about what it going on. Randomly I get this weird violent pulsing in my upper chest for about two seconds and then its gone. I feel a little dizzy and sick afterwards. What could be wrong?

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having stress and anxiety related symptoms.
But better to rule out lung pathology like lung infection and bronchitis because these can also cause similar symptoms.
So get done chest x ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). If both these are normal then no need to worry for lung diseases.
Stress and anxiety can cause similar sensations.
So avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
Consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
