What Causes Weird Tightness Around Both The Breasts?

hi iv some weird feeling pulling tightnes on both breast really different I do feel sick sometimes do you think I should see someone its for two days now feeling weird of tightness just so if its pregnant am not that am 60yrs old also there larger too

Experiencing tightness in the breasts could be due to hormonal changes happening in postmenopausal period in people aged about 60 years like yours.
However, it would be better to get yourself evaluated by undergoing the following tests to make sure things are normal.
1. Mammogram.
2. Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.
Kindly consult Gynecologist if any abnormality is seen, so that it can be appropriately managed.
Otherwise, reassurance and symptomatic treatment should suffice.
