Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Large red cells are a microscopic examination finding them how do you know they are large. In vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiency, you may get large red cells.

Your passing blood in stool means it may be due to infection, fissure, fistulas, or hemorrhoids. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your gastroenterologist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
