Hi I m worried about my boyfriend who has been sick for quite a whle, symptoms include weight loss of 20 lbs.spitting up bloody sputm for year or more found h-pylori wa teated with meds over year ago but still no weight gain,poor appetite,frequent pain in rght side with jumping you can feel.has to defacate right after meals irregular bowels can be watery for days and when urge to go can t wait says he doesn t have to strain ever & fills toilet bowel.Spits up thick clear sputum but no blood for some time, lot of pain in lower back for few years also had a needle in back for lubrication ause test showed bone malformation . also had boating accident , rope wrapped around ankle as boat taking off was thrown from boat unto slipway, was knocked out . Right leg swollen like a pumpkin for days after badly bruised. Dr said no breaks but he still walks with a limp 7 feels like muscle damage in right leg. He looks haggard with dark circles under eyes very skinny. He also gets severe headaches which he describes as a feeloin of jackhammering in his head. can t lie down also has double vision at times with headache, i know these are a lot of symptoms I ve listed but he refuses to see a dr.guess he s scared.hope you can help him.
