What Causes Weight Loss Along With Fatigue While Suffering From Acute Myelogenous Leukemia?

I am really concerned I have AML and Doctors are not taking me seriously I have all the symptoms it has progressed now to weigt loss of at least 15 pounds in 2 months, 1 arm pain to other arm pain and leg pain finger and toe cramping rash becoming on one arm to neck to other arm major fatigue having major trouble at work how do i get a Doctor to take me seriously

Hi,

You are experiencing fatigue, weight loss and body pains. It seems like you are too worried. Keep your mind calm and relaxed. Excess anxiety or depression itself can cause all the symptoms you mentioned.

If your doctor have reassured you after evaluation, it is very unlikely that you have AML.

Still, to relieve your anxiety, you can insist your doctor to get a blood cont, ESR and peripheral smear. If these are normal, leave it. If still feeling too anxious, it will be better you consult a psychiatrist for managing anxiety.
