hi there my name is john i had birimham hip fited five year its loosend so have get revision surgery was told loose weight so im down from 116 kg to 89 kg now but i feel awful ran down cold sore lip dry and hip pain i sleep in chair last 10 months i feel awul ran down i could get back to old me thank u john from ireland
Congratulations for losing so much weight, it should help a lot with your hip problems. As for the cold sore in the lips, they are very common and are related to herpes infection. They happen mostly after periods of certain stress or disease and having a recent surgery may be a possible trigger. It should normally heal within a week. Meanwhile, you may use acyclovir ointment every 4-6 hours (if they are still with blisters) and also a lip balm to keep your lips moisturized. Try to not lick the lips as saliva causes them to get dry.
