What Causes Weight Gain And Skin Pigmentation?
hi my sister has put on much weight suddenly from past 4 years. now she is 13 years ola and her weight is 75kg. also her skin on face and neck has become dark pigmented. we have checked her TSH which was normal and also she is getting her menstruation regularly. can u please suggest something to reduce her weight and also the reason for her condition.

Increased weight, pigmentation, Hirsutism are all signs of POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME. You must get a Ultrasonography abdomen done to detect any cyst in the ovary. Diet has to be controlled as this obesity can cause infertility and Diabetes in later life.
