What Causes Weakness, Tremors, Chills, Body Pain And Severe Headache?

i woke up this morning and was weak, shaky, had chills, achy all over and every joint in my body hurt especially my back. I had a excruciating headache as well and very little appetite. Took an 800 mg Ibuprofen and felt better after while. Now, I am getting hot again. MY food doesn t want to digest.
