What Causes Weakness, Tiredness, Depression And Tingling In Limbs?

I often feel weak, tired, somehow strange in my body and have joint and muscle pain. These episodes go along with depression. I also experience tingling in the limbs and occasional involuntary movements. It feels as if my nerves are mildly under anesthesia. Concentration and intellectual abilities in general are severely decreased.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns....
What is your age? Sex? For how long u have these symptoms? Is there any history of fever? Do u have diabetes or hypertension?
In my opinion you should consult a physician so that proper history and examination can be done. And you will be investigated properly... If he fails to find any organic cause for your symptoms he will refer you to psychiatrist for assessment...
Meanwhile take rest and try to engage yourself in everyday life activities,...
Hope your query is adequately addressed if u still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr saad sultan
