What Causes Weakness On The Arms And Legs During Pregnancy?
I am 35 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I am experiencing extreme muscle weakness in both arms and both legs. Even just typing is difficult. I can t stand for very long before I need to sit. Is this normal? I am 34 years old, weigh 174lbs (gained about 35 lbs) and am 5 9

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Pain and cramps in legs and hands are common in pregnancy due to slight electrolyte disturbances and due to hormonal changes in pregnancy.
I would suggest you to take plenty of slight salted water to maintain the electrolyte balance.
