Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Weakness in the legs may be related with many health conditions such as hypocrome anemia, hypotension etc.
Can you mention the autoimune diseases that you have or the medicines that you are taking actually, because it might be related to them?
You also need to perform a physical examination, blood pressure measurement, some blood tests (blood count, blood sugar, (HDL, LDL )cholesterol, and triglycerides).

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
