Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

He may be having acute ischemic stroke or paraplegia due to spinal compression. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. He may need physiotherapy and emotional support.
Please consult your neurophysician immediately he will take MRI brain and spine and treat him accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
