What Causes Weakness In Left Arm, Hypersensitive Skin And Dizziness?

Hi, I m so anxious right now. My left arm and hand have been feeling weak and my skin feels hypersensitive. This has been going on for a few days now. I m under a lot of stress at the moment but I can t help but feel that it s something more serious. I ve had a lot of other symptoms such as dizziness and random buzzing and tingling in my body (generally in all the same spots). Could this just be my nerves over firing from stress? I m so concerned. Any help appreciated.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have weakness in left arm, hypersensitive skin and dizziness. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like medication reaction or side-effect , lyme disease , multiple sclerosis , anemia , diabetes, type 2 , or dehydration . The symptoms can also occur due to viral infection or ear problem like otitis media or meniere's disease . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order certain tests like blood test , check vitals and take history . Doctor may prescribe iron supplement along with antiemetic drug and anti viral drug . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem . For now stay hydrated , eat healthy and avoid bending forward .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
