BOTH OF MY HANDS EXPERIENCE PHYSICAL STRENGTH WEAKESS WHEN PERFORMING MODERATE TO DIFFICULT LABORIOUS TASKS, AND I M ALSO EXPERIENCING SHOCK OR TINGLING IN MY FINGERS INTERMITTANTLY WHILE WORKING ALSO, WHILE DOING SUCH TASKS. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT IT IS AND WHAT TO DO?

the weakness in your hands and the tingling sensation in you fingers will mostly be due to some kind of nerve compression or by some way the nerves supplied to your hand is being affected either median nerve or ulnar nerve or both. Its just temporary and will revert to normal if the causative factor is removed as it occurs only while performing task. it can also occurs if you are handling vibrating tools. i can give you further details if u can tell me the exact nature of the work you are doing.
