Hello,
I will suggest you to meet your general physician and share your problem of recurrent seizures, and he might add a second anti epileptic drug to avoid recurrent seizures. You must go for treatment of your primary pathology leading to seizures. As seizures involves severe muscular activity there is generalized weakness / tiredness following a seizure.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Faisal Bacha, Internal Medicine Specialist
