Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It may not be the cardiac problem, if it is so can't leisurely complain, of the problem.
As it is it may be due to the gastric irritation, when ever there is any pain, one may get the lowering or hike in B.P.
In such case there may be weakness, difficulty in breathing, or dizziness. Still it is advisable to have a cardiac check up, to prevent the cardiac problems.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have E.C.G, echo, and other tests to exclude the cardiac problems.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
