What Causes Weakness And Vomiting?
Ive been feeling sick for about two days now. On Friday I had Salmon and Shrimp for dinner. Saturday all I ate the whole day were some teriyaki chicken wings. I started feeling sick on Saturday night. Vomiting followed about 8 hours afterwards. Im still slightly nauseous. My arm is really fatigued. My body is a little tired also. But more so my arm, legs and neck. Im feeling kind of dizzy. My mind seems a little clouded. Im thinking maybe I ate some bad food. What does it sound like?

It definitely sounds like a gastroenteritis, especially if you also have diarrhea. If you can ensure adequate fluid intake, e.g. 2-3 litres per day, you should be OK. Otherwise (and if you deteriorate), see your doctor.
