What Causes Weakness And Stomach Ache?
i have been feeling weak and like i want to throw up and i am hot all the time i really don't know whats wrong and my stomach hurts sometimes and i can't sleep comfortable at night times in fact i can't sleep at all i am awake the whole night cause the way i am feeling

Weakness,stomach pain or insomnia and hot flushes can be a symptoms of hyperthyroidism so you should do thyroid function tests.
Other possibility can be acute gastritis, gastric ulcer etc.
