What Causes Weakness And Shaking In The Shoulder After A Shoulder Replacement?

Hi. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand. I did have a total shoulder replacement of my right shoulder 3 years ago. for the last 2 days, my right arm has been weak and when I shower, it shakes and is very weak to use the towel. I did do some yard work this past weekend. Could that be it. Its feels strange.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear sir/mam,
Your symptoms are more due to the strain. A good shoulder replacement which was functioning well all these days can not give rise to problems until there is fall or sufficient trauma. The weakness in your arm is not at all related to the carpal tunnel surgery.I would still suggest you to meet the primary surgeon . A good physio protocol of strengthening your arm muscles should suffice if the implanted shoulder is fine.
