What Causes Weakness And Shakiness In Arms Along With Sweating And Nausea?

yes you can help. there are times when i'm working on something like yardwork, carrying things any length of time or try to fix something, my arms suddenly get very week, i start to sweat and feel nusious. i then need to lay down for a period of time. after this, my arms shake. not sure what it is.

I can understand your concern. Sudden onset weakness in along with shakiness can occur in some seizures also and need evaluation. These are occurring in episodes but improve on taking rest. These symptoms are associated with sweating and nausea which points towards anxiety. Still visit a doctor for evaluation of these symptoms and to rule out any possibility of seizure. Medicines like SSRIs as Fluoxetine, Sertraline, Paroxetine etc are commonly used in anxiety. Apart from this relaxation exercises, breathing exercise etc are also helpful to reduce these symptoms. If these symptoms are recurring and causing significant distress please consult a psychiatrist for proper help.
