What Causes Weakness And Popping Sound From The Knees?

Hi. Had revision on left knee due to first knee being put in wrong. two years ago had a revision on it and now I have times where the knee appears to give out causing me to fall on two occasions. I can hear it when I walk. My dr who put in is no longer in practice. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem.

Hi,

You may be suffering from loose tendons of your knee. It is something common, but you may need to do MRI imaging to be sure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Salah Saad Shoman, Internal Medicine Specialist
