What Causes Weakness And Dizziness During Pregnancy?

I am 29 years old. Height is 5'1" and weight is 113. I am 9 weeks pregnant and feel very weak, light headed and shaky at times. I am eating healthy but can't seem to stop these feelings. Do I need to be worried? By the way, my doctor said my iron was in the low normal range.

DONT TAKE IRON TABLET UP TO 12 WEEKS BECAUSE IT CAUSE GASTRITIS AND NAUSEA...
TAKE ONLY FOLIC ACID TABLETS...

TAKE SMALL FREQUENT DIET...

IF THERE IS NOT ANY OTHER PROBLEM, THEN DONT WORRY..JUST DO REGULAR ANTENATal VISITS...
