What Causes Weakness Along With Dizziness And White Spots In Vision?

Recently my 65 year old husband has sudden onsets of weakness, dizziness and claims he gets white spots in his vision. Recent blood tests reveal nothing unusual. He has marginal cholesterol issues, he used to have diabetic issues and thyroid pron blems.
