What Causes Weakness After Taking Thyronorm 25 Mcg?

I am 53 yrs old lady. My TSH is detected to be 10.9. I have been on medicine from yesterday, thyronorm 25mcg prescribed by Doctor. I feel better for 8/10 hrs after having the medicine in morning. But after that I feel very weak. when the situation will be better?

It is unlikely to be related to thyronorm.
Consult a physician and get evaluated.
We have to rule out possible causes like anemia also.
