What Causes Weakness After A Lot Of Perspiration Post A Football Match?

i have been playing football for the past week in the sun.due to this i perspired a lot. at the moment i am feeling very week basically its very difficult for me to move around right now. my age is 17 and my weight is 82 kg . my height is 5 foot 10 inches. and i am not suffering from an disease at the moment.

hellooo...read thru ur query...hope u won the match u played!!reading ur query i feel that its just due to dehydration!!drink lots and lots of water fruit juices galorade...bring ur body's water content to normal...eat lots of citrus fruits...try doing little walking (dont strain much).take lot of rest...be cool and calm....hope ur benefitted something from this reply..have a healthy day!!!
