What Causes Watery Stools After A Novasure Ablation?

I had a novasure ablation on Oct. 26th. I saw the Dr. for watery stools on the 31st of October. I have not had a bowel movement since then. I have taken 4 days worth of colace and took Milk of Mag. last night and again this morning, with no results. What should I do?

Take Tab. Domperidone 10mg thrice daily before meals. Also take Syp Duphalac 2 tsf thrice daily.
