hi, I am 20 year old and i produce watery thin slightly yellow sperm during masturbation,, its been two years , previously it was thick, two years ago i had my testicle with redness so i used cloben g, it helped but my right testicle seems softer then the left one... please what could be the problem

This is normal.
Semen color can vary based on diet or inflammation. I wouldn't worry too much about it and continue things as normal.
If you have burning on urination then, you need to start an antibiotic.
