What causes warm spots to occur on the sides and tops of your feet. This occurs at various times of the day and during various activities and periods of inactivity. It feels like some is placing very warm spa stones on your feet ..no pain, just a bit startling.

it can be inflammatory or peripheral neuritis. exclude diabetes.it can be contact dermatitis may be contributory to tight feeting shoe or contact with shock sit requeres local examination by doctor for examination and advise on diagnosis so that it will help in treatment.
