What Causes Warm Feeling In Testicles?

Please answer... ive been kicked 2 times to my left testi about 5 and 7 months ago and ive been having my left testi heating up at times. And a huge discomfort at times .. i kinda walk funny sometimes and i think my testicles are leaking sperm( when i wake up i smell sperm in my underware ) but there is no physical problem in how they look.. and at times i dont feel anything .. at other times these symptoms happen. Please be precise doc..

hi dear thanks for query on HCM

wetting your underwear suggests physiologicaland is called night fall(dath syndrome) is age related due to seeing erotic dreams. will stop with time. visit a surgeon and get the testis examined. he may suggest a ultrasound of testis /doppler of the testicular vessels looking for varicocele or abnormality with testis, epididymis which can be detected and treated.(torsion of appendix of epididymis can cause uncomfortable feel.). if retractile testis is there then movement will cause pain.see a surgeon.
