What Causes Vomiting, fever And Twitching After Taking Cymbalta For Neck Pain?

Hello! I am curious about some lab results that my husband received yesterday. He is 35, 6 , and 265 lbs. His SGPT was 216 and SGOT was 111. He is not currently on any medications, but is a heavy drinker and has been for some time. He has severe back and neck pain so our GP prescribed Cymbalta last week to help him cope with the pain. He only took two pills in two days and became extremely ill (vomiting, sweating, fever, chills, tremors, twitching, and inability to sleep). He returns to the doctor in a month to have a follow up lab test. I am curious if this is indicative of cirrhosis. Any advice would be appreciated.
