What Causes Vomiting,acidity And Diarrhea?
I have been sick the past 2 days it started off with Vomiting it had a very acid feel and smelt fishy I also had some diareohha and gas that will not pass.. I managed to keep some food and liquid down yesterday but early this morning I got a temperature and pains in the stomach again.. I have not vomited today but feel quote I ll and have some been burping a little bit which smells quiet foul and can feel a lot of gas in my stomach but have not passed anything

Your symptoms suggests you could be having acute gastroenteritis. That means food poisoning. I advise you to consult your doctor and take antibiotics course. Meanwhile drink plenty of fuids and electrolyte to prevent dehydration
