What Causes Vomiting With Headaches?

Hi, I haven t been able to keep any food other than bread down for Atleast 9 days, the smell of food makes me gag. I cant drink fizzy drinks. And I am now suffering with headaches and body weakness. I had my bloods done and an abdominal xray which didn t find anything. I ve had 2 lots of antibiotics but nothing seems to be working. Any idea what could be the cause?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of unable keep down anything other than bread for 7 days, small of food makes you gag, have headache and body weakness, normal blood and X-ray of the abdomen and had 2 courses of antibiotics.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
To get admitted for the following:
To recover from possible dehydration.
To get a proper clinical evaluation , temperature charting and so on.
Blood culture and sensitivity.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen
Relevant blood tests like that for Typhoid and so on.
CNS examination and MRI of the brain is central cause is suspected.
Upper GI Endoscopy.
All these will help in finding the possible cause and get treated accordingly.
