What Causes Vomiting With Fatigue?
For about a year, I have been making myself throw up and for the past 2 months, it has gotten worse where I puke 2-3 times day. Ive been very fatigued and light headed all the time. Then last night after I made a pb&j sandwich, I started getting sharp aching cramps in my stomach and it moved up to my chest and throat and it was hard to swallow and breath and I couldn t move. Then I kept burping and tasting acid in my mouth. I ve also been having trouble making bowel movement. What could be wrong?

Looks like you have gastritis.However an endoscopy could clear more doubts.Concentrate on a non spicy diet for a while,avoid smoking,alcholol and try to take proper sleep,avoid stress.Proton pump inhibitors or H2 blockers would help.
