General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns
What is your age? Any other problem like diabetes or hypertension? Is there any contact with Tb? Any history of black soft stools? Any bleeding disorder? Any history of nose bleed?
Based upon your history it is difficult to diagnose but certainly you need to be investigated for the definitive cause. Endoscopy which came normal is quite assuring but still there is need of further workup. If I am your attending physician I will get your Fbc ESR along with nasal examination.
So stay in touch with your doctor for. Proper workup.
Hope it help
Regards
