hi Sir i just want to ask what should i do to my 1year and 4 months old nephew he is vomiting when he drink milk and when we try to feed him bread him he also vomit when we give him ORS an hour ago we give him water and also vomit it but now i try to give him water a little and he accept it

Hi..Did the child consume any outside eatable? Is the vomiting associated with the loose motions? See if the vomiting is persisting you need to give ORS to maintain fluid balance.If the child vomits it out you can again give it after 5 to 10 minutes. Also syrup ondansetron can be given as per weight for vomiting. Do keep watch on urine output and frequency of vomiting.
